Welcome to La Esencia Retreat Center. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the La Esencia Retreat Center website and services. By accessing our website or booking a retreat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation:
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by La Esencia.
2.2 Payment:
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the retreat package. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the retreat, as specified in the booking confirmation.
2.3 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel:
More than 30 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
Between 30 and 14 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days before the retreat start date, no refund will be given.
3. Use of Services
3.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to book and participate in a retreat at La Esencia.
3.2 Health and Safety:
You are responsible for ensuring that you are in suitable health to participate in our retreats. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
3.3 Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the La Esencia website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of La Esencia or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
5. Liability
5.1 Personal Injury:
La Esencia is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property that occurs during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.
5.2 Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and personal liability.
5.3 Force Majeure:
La Esencia is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
